12 Weeks... 3 MONTHS

Rose Pose is the big 3.  Three months that is!  She is such a doll.

So, here is the run down!
*The chunk wears 3-6 month clothes.. more on the 6 month side!
*She eats about 32oz a day.

*Rose naps off and on, but regular naps are becoming more established since she is more alert during the day.  She likes a long nap around 10:30-11until 1 and then another long nap from 3-5.
*She goes to bed around 9 and doesn't wake again until 5 in the MORNING!!!  This is so AWESOME :)
*Diapers are a size 2.

*We get to start cereal this month.  I'm pretty pumped.  I think she is going to love it.  Let's face it... the girl likes her chow!
*She is loving her bouncy seat.  She has just started reaching for the toys that hang down.  She also is fond of her Bumbo.  She looks like such a big girl sitting in it!

Her brothers are the BEST big bros EVER.  I'm so thankful to have such amazing kids.  Just so blessed.  Miss Kat comes back to work on Monday.  Maybe then she can take three month pictures of the little toot.

133 WEEKS!

It's been awhile since I've given an update on the duo, so here it is!
Fletch and Roo are doing fabulous.  They are huge and healthy.  F Mac is 37.5 inches and Roo is 37 inches tall.  F Mac weighs 29 and Roo is 30 pounds.  Both boys are wearing 3-4T shirts and 2T pants.  The men wear pull ups during the day and are doing pretty well with the whole potty thing.  We aren't 100%, but they are making great progress.  More times than not they have dry naps.  They are so proud when they do this!  Feet... are HUGE!  Fletch wears a size 10 and Rooster is a 9.5.
Action heros are our FAVORITE.  Most of the time Fletch is sporting his "Captain da Merica" mask or his Ninja Turtle bandanna.  I'm not sure it was the best idea to buy them Ninja Turtle swords or big sticks, but they love to roll play.  They are saving the world 24 hours a day!  I do find myself saying, "Don't hi-ya your brother." about 100 times a day.  Another phrase heard often is, "Get off of his head!"  They love to tackle one another and then jump on the other's head.  Boys will be boys!  More than once we've had to tell them not to tackle in church.
Some favorite phrases that they sputter out are...
A:  I'm going to get the big ol' truck.
F:  I must save the world.
A:  Mom, you a lady.  I love you.
F:  You tell mommy when you need to go potty.  Do you understand me, Anderson? (Fletch is the potty Nazi.)
A: That will be fun, fun, fun!
F:  Whatcha talkin' about Willis?!
The boys have slept in their big boy twin beds since December.  They go right to sleep at night.  8 is bedtime and they awake around 7am.  They take one nap a day; sleeping from 11-1.  The rest of the day it is go, go,go!

Both boys have known their ABC's since last summer but are now working on the letter sounds.  They can count to 15 but after that it gets a little rocky!  Their favorite songs to sing are The Pirates Who Don't do Anything and I Know a Chicken.  They also love to do the Electric Slide.  Still working on our right and left!
The duo plays outside every time they get the chance.  We have a huge pirate flag flying on the play structure.  They call it their pirate ship.  Yesterday we sat outside for two hours and them men played and played.  I don't have to entertain them at all!  They truly are best friends.  Yes, they fight, but they hug and love one another too!
They also LOVE Rose.  Fletch likes to pet her face and kiss on her belly.  Rooster likes to read her books and tickle her toes.
Kale and I couldn't be more blessed.  These boys are amazing and perfect.  Our love for them grows more and more each day.  They crack us up and sure do keep it lively :)
The past 133 weeks have been awesome!
